Promotional Partner

Increase product sales by implementing profitable cause-related marketing initiatives, reaching millions of consumers statewide. Special Olympics Hawaii partners with some of the most successful brands and companies, including The Honolulu Advertiser, First Hawaiian Bank, Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Hawaii.

World Games Partner

World-class competition between athletes from all over the world and from all 50 states occurs every two years at the World Games. Statewide promotions raising money to send the athletes overseas act as a rallying point around which your support can be clearly communicated. The next World Games will be February 2005 in Nagano Japan. Hawaii will be sending two speed skaters to compete in this world-class competition.

Sports-Specific Sponsorships

Take ownership of the development and expansion of one or more of the 10 Official Olympic-type sports offered through Special Olympics Hawaii at any one of our State Games which include: Summer Games, Aukake Classic, and Holiday Classic.

Employee Volunteerism

Unite employees statewide by providing hands-on volunteer opportunities through local Special Olympics Hawaii Programs. Your employees will experience everything from serving on a Board to coaching an athlete to awarding medals. Not only will they inspire, they will be inspired!

Leadership Training and Empowerment

Special Olympics athletes go beyond the playing field -- they are leaders in their own movement. Your involvement with the Special Olympics Hawaii Athlete Leadership Programs empowers both children and adults with mental retardation to gain the confidence and skills they need to be effective contributors to society and share their message globally.

Family Support Network

The Special Olympics Family Support Network capitalizes on existing networks of athletes' family members to create a community where families can come together, learn from one another and reach out to other families. The athletes' families critically need to communicate with one another and access the tremendous resources that Special Olympics offers statewide.

Schools and Youth

Reach the future leaders of the world through Special Olympics Schools and Youth initiatives. In its first two years, Special Olympics Get Into It, the first-ever curriculum guide developed specifically to educate and empower youth to respect and embrace differences in people with mental disabilities, was integrated into more than 9,000 schools -- reaching more than 1.5 million students worldwide.

Healthy Athletes™

Reach millions of consumers at more than 200 annual Special Olympics Healthy Athletes events worldwide. This unique marketing platform helps athletes improve their total health and enhance their sports experience by providing vision, dental and hearing screenings.
