No donation necessary. To obtain a free ticket and an opportunity to participate in this drawing, write to: Over the Edge of Waikiki Prize Drawing, Special Olympics Hawaii, PO Box 3295, Honolulu, Hawaii 96801. One entry per donation. All entries must be received by October 15, 2010 and the drawing will be held on October 22, 2010. Entrants must be 21 years or over to win. A random drawing will be conducted from all qualified entries to determine winner. Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail listed. Winner assumes liability. Sponsor is not in any way responsible for damage, loss or injury. Any federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Offer applies to travel from Honolulu to Las Vegas. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen certificates or prize items. Winner agrees to indemnify and hold Special Olympics Hawaii, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, administration of the fundraiser harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, including attorney’s fees, arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize. Travel must be completed within 1-year of the issuance of the certificate. There will be no substitutions for the prizes offered and the prizes are non-transferable. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries. Employees of Special Olympics Hawaii are ineligible. Void where prohibited. Winner must consent to the use of his or her name, picture or other likeness for promotional purposes as determined by Special Olympics Hawaii. If the winner refuses to allow his/her name, picture or likeness be used for promotional purposes as determined by Special Olympics Hawaii, the winner will be ineligible to win and an alternate winner will be selected.
